The platform

Multi-tenant by design. Each customer, region or contractor sees only its own keys, locks and people, while you keep a single view across the estate. Smart locks from any supported vendor, tracked mechanical bunches and plain mechanical keys sit side by side.
The Trak app discovers your system with a short code, then talks to keys and bunches over NFC and Bluetooth. Program, update and record without going back to the office.
Who, what, where and when for every interaction, including refused attempts. Notices of work and job reports attach to the keys and zones they concern.
We run each system on our own infrastructure with monitoring, backups and a support desk that knows the hardware. Existing CyberAudit-Web estates can move to us.
