Trak Solutions builds and runs the Trak platform, and supplies the hardware it manages. We're based in Worcestershire and work with organisations across the UK and Europe whose keys are scattered over many sites and many hands.
Why we exist
Physical access is still mostly mechanical, and mechanical keys are mostly unaccounted for. Electronic locking solves that for the openings you can afford to convert; it does nothing for the thousands you can't. We set out to cover both: retrofit electronic cylinders and programmable keys where they earn their keep, tracked bunches for everything else, and one platform above them all.
What we do
We are first a software company. The Trak platform is our own: multi-tenant, multi-vendor, hosted on our infrastructure and delivered with a mobile app that field teams actually use. We also supply and support the hardware, from electronic cylinders and programmable keys such as CyberLock to our own TRAK bunches, and we host and manage existing CyberAudit-Web systems for customers who want them looked after.
How we work
Small team, direct contact. The people who answer the support desk are the people who build the platform and configure the hardware. We'd rather tell you a smaller system is enough than sell you a bigger one.
