Trak is a multi-tenant, multi-vendor access management platform. It sits above the locking hardware, whether that is CyberLock, another mechatronic system, or a plain mechanical suite tracked through TRAK bunches, and gives your teams one place to see who holds what, who can go where, and what happened on site.
The platform is delivered as a hosted service. We provision each customer system, keep it patched and monitored, and back it with a support desk that knows the hardware as well as the software. Existing CyberAudit-Web estates can be hosted and managed by us on the same footing.
The Trak mobile app is how most people meet the platform. It discovers your system with a short code, authenticates the user, and then talks to the hardware in their hand over NFC and Bluetooth: programming keys, updating bunches, recording notices of work and capturing job reports, with location and audit captured as they go.
